Mary, Mother of Mercy Pastorate has four churches. You are welcome at Mass and confession in whichever is most convenient for you. Each church page includes directions and schedules supplied by Sacramentum.

- St. Barnabas — Mazomanie, part of Holy Cross Parish.
- St. Mary, Health of the Sick — Merrimac, part of Divine Mercy Parish.
