Plan a visit
Our main office is at the address below in Sauk City. It is open Tuesday to Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., and closed on Mondays. Call ahead to arrange an appointment with a particular person. To meet with a priest, you can also book a time online. Local church offices may have different availability. The staff directory lists the public contacts for St. Mary, St. Norbert, and St. Barnabas.
How can we help?
For a child’s formation or sacramental preparation, contact Jenny Bellinder. For pastoral care or a funeral, call the office and explain the nature and urgency of your request. For school admissions and family services, contact the school directly.
You can request a Mass intention through Sacramentum. To register your household in the parish or update your information, ask the office for the current process. A Flocknote subscription is separate from parish registration.
Please keep initial messages brief. We can explain how to provide records or other private information through the appropriate process.
