Eucharistic adoration
Keep watch with our Lord, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.

“Could you not watch one hour with me?” In the Most Holy Eucharist, Jesus Christ is truly present: Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. Eucharistic adoration is time spent in silent prayer before him, to adore him, to give thanks, to make reparation for sin, and to bring the needs of the Church and the world to the Lord.
Your first visit
You do not need a special book or a long list of prayers. Begin by genuflecting and acknowledging Christ’s presence. Pray with Scripture, pray the Rosary or the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, or simply remain in silence before him. Please keep silence in the chapel for the sake of those at prayer.
Plan your time
The pastorate’s adoration scheduling page lists opportunities to commit to an hour. Open the adoration schedule or contact the parish office to ask about visiting, the entrance to use, and current access arrangements. Confirm access before making a special trip, particularly outside ordinary daytime hours.
Our worship calendar also carries scheduled parish celebrations. A scheduled period of exposition and a chapel’s building-access arrangements are different; please check the arrangements for your particular visit.
Keep a holy hour
A weekly holy hour orders your prayer around the Lord and ensures that he is never left unattended while the Blessed Sacrament is exposed. Ask the coordinator about available hours, substitutes, and what to do when you cannot attend. If you are new, explain that you would like an introduction before making a commitment.
For questions about a particular church or an accessibility need, the parish office can help you find the appropriate contact.
