St. Aloysius
Sauk City
St. Aloysius is the Sauk City church of Divine Mercy Parish. Its patron, St. Aloysius Gonzaga, was a young Jesuit who gave his life caring for victims of the plague and is honored as patron of youth. Here families have knelt for generations, and newcomers are received at the same altar. The church is also the spiritual home of St. Aloysius School.

Faith through the week
St. Aloysius School connects faith and learning with the life of the parish. Adult opportunities announced in the October 4 bulletin include That Man Is You!, Bible study, and Grandmothers in Prayer. Parish volunteers also help lead the Rosary before weekend Mass. Ask the office about current meeting details and how to participate. Families seeking religious education or sacramental preparation can contact Jenny Bellinder through the pastorate’s formation page.
Plan a first visit
Use the address and directions on this page to find the church, and check the dated schedule before traveling. Ask the local office which entrance to use, where visitors should park, and whether an accessible route suits your needs. Children and families are welcome. If you are unfamiliar with Mass, you may follow the congregation as you are comfortable and remain seated when needed. Tell the office if you would appreciate help in Spanish.
Our shared future
Our pastorate is preparing to become one parish. The current church community remains the place to begin for local questions, while the pastorate office can help with registration, formation, and pastoral needs. Read the dated merger information for confirmed updates. To receive local announcements, subscribe to the relevant Flocknote group; contact the office separately to register your household in the parish.
