Nominate a parishioner to serve as secretary or treasurer trustee by October 25, 2026.

Mary, Mother of Mercy Pastorate is accepting nominations for two lay trustees as our communities prepare to become one parish. The secretary and treasurer trustees will each serve a two-year term.
Nominations are due October 25, 2026. Please obtain the nominee’s consent before submitting a name. Nominees must be registered, practicing, fully initiated Catholics age 21 or older. The bulletin also describes restrictions involving employment and family relationships, along with required training and checks; review those criteria before nominating someone.
Use the online nomination form or return a paper form from a church entrance to the parish office or collection basket. The election weekend will be announced once the merger date is confirmed. No election date has yet been established in this announcement.
